Once orders are shipped, they cannot be cancelled. You may follow the instructions in our return policy if you are no longer interested in your purchase. Please note that for approved returns, we do not issue refunds, but you will be credited for the item (not the shipping) on the account used for the purchase.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (to customers desired location) for qualified items. Refunds will be in the form of store credit and will be issued up to 7 days after the item(s) have been verified and approved. No exceptions! Please allow up to 3 days for approval after item is received.

Items must be returned with a physical copy of the receipt, in the condition in which it was received with original tag, unwashed, odor free (ex: perfume, smoke, etc.), unworn, blemish free, and in its original packaging. Items must meet these requirements or will be subject to denial.
Golden Leaf Boutique will not be responsible for covering the cost of shipping for returns, that includes reimbursement for returns.
If you received the wrong item, or an item is damaged upon receiving it, please take a picture and email jennifer@goldenleafboutique.net within the first 48 hours of delivery so the issue may be addressed right away. Make sure to send the picture with a description of what the issue is in the email.
If you want to exchange an item and we no longer have the item, your size, or the color you want in stock, we will gladly assist you in finding another perfect item or give you a store credit for a future purchase.
We do not accept returns on sale items, and other select items. Items that are non-returnable will have "Sale is final" written in the description of the product.
Golden Leaf Boutique reserves the right to deny any exchanges or returns should the item not meet our qualifications to go back on the shelf.
